About

Mandated and governed by the CWTA Board of Directors, the 5G Canada Council (5GCC) is operated by CWTA senior staff with the added benefit of oversight and input from individuals selected to fill key roles within the established Council’s structure.

The 5GCC is led by a Steering Committee consisting of representatives from CWTA Member and CWTA Associate companies. Sub-committees and or working groups may also be established to tackle specific areas of work or topics of interest (e.g. privacy and security, education and awareness, advocacy, research, etc.).

The 5GCC encourages participation from a wide array of sectors, from individuals, governments and independent organizations and is designed to support varied levels of involvement.
